Pradeep Gupta, a successful entrepreneur, is an angel investor and a mentor to a number of entrepreneurs. He is the co-founder of Indian Angel Network, the largest angel group in India. He is on the board of UTI AMC with $15 bn of assets under management. He is a global trustee of TiE, one of the largest entrepreneurial groups globally. He is on the board of Ivy Capital, a $40 mn fund investing in SME’s in India. He was the GP of India’s first early stage investment fund Infinity Ventures. He is the publisher of Dare, India’s first media focussing on entrepreneurs.

Pradeep Gupta is the Chairman of the CyberMedia Group, a 30-year old specialty media house, in the infotech, telecom, consumer electronics & biotech areas, thru brands that include Dataquest, PCQuest, Voice&Data, BioSpectrum, MIT’s Technology Review, etc.

He is also on the Board of IIT Mandi, PanIIT Global, Indian Newspaper Society and Association of Indian Magazines.

He is the recipient of the Distinguished Alumni award of IIT Delhi and the Helen Keller award for working in the disability sector. Pradeep is an Engineer from IIT Delhi (1975) and an MBA from IIM Calcutta (1977).
