Nicholas is currently leading a team of MIT graduate students in a startup to develop optimization software for microgrids in order to improve energy efficiency in the developing world. His team will be competing again this year as a semifinalist in the MIT Clean Energy Prize. Prior to attending MIT for his MBA, Nicholas co-founded an entertainment ticketing and systems company in Los Angeles, as well as a tour operator in Italy. He has expertise in business development, capital raising, sales, and entrepreneurial processes.
