Kilian Gersing
Kilian is an engineer and entrepreneur from Germany. He studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and MIT. One year prior to finishing his master in 2013, Kilian co-founded InnoMotions. He and his team successfully developed an innovative, intelligent door-braking system called MagBrake in cooperation with BMW. The system will soon make the boarding process of cars safer and more comfortable. They recently sold their technology to a global first tier supplier and kicked off the further serial development.
Kilian is an alumnus of the Bavarian Elite Academy, a foundation of the Bavarian Industry, which offers top students an additional qualification in ethics and leadership. During his studies, he also completed the entrepreneurial program Manage&More at the entrepreneurship center of TUM. Through his activities, Kilian became an active member of the Munich entrepreneurship community.
