Kevin Kung is a doctoral student working with the MIT-Tata Center for Technology on waste management and renewable energy. His interest lies in the conversion of organic waste into solid fuel. He has been working for three years in a proto-venture in Kenya to convert agricultural waste into charcoal briquettes. He is interested financially sustainable entrepreneurship at the intersection of human development and the environment.
