Ramphis Castro
Serial Entrepreneur

Ramphis is a serial entrepreneur and pioneer in cross-platform native mobile technology. He is a founding partner of Mindchemy, which enables most of the biggest tech-entrepreneurship programs in Puerto Rico, including Startup Weekend, Startup NEXT, Startup Digest, Hack Puerto Rico, CodeTrotters, Founder Institute, Lean Startup Machine, and others. He is a policy adviser to the president of the Puerto Rican senate, Eduardo Bhatia Gautier, and technology adviser to the chief information officer for the government of Puerto Rico, Giancarlo González. Ramphis has served as policy adviser on entrepreneurship, technology, and economic development to leaders in Puerto Rico, Norway, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Guatemala, and other countries. Ramphis is a licensed professional engineer with an undergraduate degree in computer engineering from University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez. He holds a JD from University of Puerto Rico School of Law. He has earned certificates in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, and public policy from MIT, Stanford, and the Harvard Kennedy School, respectively.
