Kyle Passarelli is Director of Engineering at Xoom Corporation, and co-founder of RedCycle Networks. Xoom (Nasdaq: XOOM) is a leading international money services firm, based in San Francisco’s financial district. Its cutting-edge international bill payment service had its humble beginnings in RedCycle Networks and Guatemala City’s fledgeling technology scene. The company now employs close to 100 people in the city, and has strong plans for growth.

Kyle also founded Ludiverse Games, taught mathematics and computer science, traveled the world with a laptop working remotely on consulting projects, and started a children’s library called Caldo de Piedra (Stone Soup).

He graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a M.Phil. in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. However, he has spent nearly all of his professional career in startups and software.
