Profile

Julius is a second year masters student working at CSAIL and Media Lab at MIT. His research is focused on privacy, data analysis, public policy, and machine learning. In particular, he is studying ways in which to apply machine learning techniques to tackle public policy problems as well as to understand individual privacy profiles. Julius is a fellow at the Legatum Center for entrepreneurship and development, where he is exploring technology opportunities in West Africa. Before MIT, Julius worked as an analyst at the New England Complex Systems Institute. In his spare time, Julius enjoys traveling, running, climbing and other outdoor sports, and photography.
