Profile

David holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Music from Case Western Reserve University. After graduation he spent a year as a Fulbright Student designing musical interfaces for people with disabilities in Ireland, before returning to the US to work at Bose Corporation. After two years focusing on signal processing research and system-level engineering for consumer audio, he decided to pursue his Masters with the intent of strengthening his entrepreneurial skill set. At the MIT media lab, he is now focusing on rapid prototyping, effective startup deployment, and maximizing the impact of new technology in the world. He’s actively looking for new ventures to build, launch, and grow. In his free time, David fronts a Boston-area folk-rock band called ‘Courage and the Bear’, and enjoys traveling, outdoorsmanship, and anything musical.
