Povilas Rutkauskas
Povilas is a Lithuanian-born speaker, entrepreneur, and a world traveller. At a young age he started honing his leadership skills through high school debating, leading the national team at the World Individual Debating and Public Championships in Lithuania, Australia, and South Africa, eventually getting recognised as the Second-best Public Speaker in the World at the International Public Speaking Competition in London.
After working in a investment promotion agency Invest Lithuania, Povilas co-founded a social media marketing company Chili Pepper Marketing, which enabled small businesses and entrepreneurs to maximise their social media potential and develop a closer relationship with their customers. Establishing themselves nationally, two co-founders soon opened up an office in London and started growing a global client base from Russia to United States.
Now Povilas is studying Business Administration in the top business school in the UK, University of Bath, and is passionate about the way technology liberates the spirit of entrepreneurship, innovation, and opportunity for people in all corners of the world.
