Valerie Liais du Rocher is co-founder of Studio IWA and The SOUK, two pionneering projects that have greatly contributed to the blooming of the creative and alternative scene in Morocco lately.

As cultural manager and consultant specialised in cultural and creative industries, Valerie Liais is also implied in various entrepreneurial and associative projects, meant to highlight emerging talents and makers whose creations and energy have a positive impact on the local environment, and the developement of a cultural economic system in particular.

Studio IWA is one of the first creative agency dedicated to cultural mediation in Morocco.

Based on the conviction that culture is a key contributor to social and economic local and sustainable wealth, Studio IWA develops innovative content and events to link up and develop the cultural outreach landscape in Morocco.

Intended as a cultural incubator, Studio IWA promotes Moroccan contemporary creativity and diversity – from artistic to cultural and entrepreneurial projects – through exhibitions, workshops, venues, inter-disciplinary and inspiring programs meant for all public, adults and children, uninitiated or art lovers.
