Naoufal is an engineer, an IT Entrepreneur and R&D Director of a fast growing startup in competitive & market intelligence.

As deserving advocate of the Moroccan Startup scene, Naoufal created Startup Maroc (ex AMPII) to contribute actively to empower the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Morocco and build a strong community of young entrepreneurs and innovators connected to national and international players.  Since 2011, he has led the Startup weekend Road Show across Morocco that gathered +1000 entrepreneurs, Maroc StartUp Cup the largest Business Model competition for startups and has contributed in many other initiatives.

Finalist in international programming contest (ICPC-ACM, ImagineCup world) and judge for many regional competitions, he initiated JNJD the largest software competitions for students, then “Code Initiative” the first programming contest in Morocco that gathered +2000 developers online and 200 the event day and contributed to build a vibrant community of developers and prepared them for international competitions. He organized also many TEDx events in Morocco and was nominated TED ambassador.
