Nacer Ibn Abdeljalil is renowned for being the first Moroccan to have summited Mount Everest in May 2013. He was honored by King Mohamed VI of the Moroccan National Order of Merit, Officer Rank for being the first Moroccan who climbed Mount Everest May 19, 2013.

 

Since then, he has founded and is the managing director of Everest Conseil where he speaks at various workshops, events, and conferences in the region about realizing dreams and achieving success in harsh conditions.

 

Prior to that, Nacer was Investment Director at Mutandis, an investment company in Morocco whose purpose is to accelerate the growth of manufacturing, retail, and service companies in Morocco. He is fluent in Arabic, French, and English and volunteers as Ambassador of Injaz-Al Maghrib, an affiliate of Junior Achievement Worldwide.
