Fatima Zahra Oukacha
Founder and President, CEED Morocco

After a BA in business administration at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Fatima Zahra Oukacha started her career at Procter&Gamble then Kraft Foods. She decided to start her own company in 2005, which she made come true in 2006, when she created Transworld Protection, a consulting and training company specialized in physical and intellectual property protection.

 

Transworld Protection started as a 2-team-members company operating in Casablanca, Morocco. It has now become a company operating in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania and Senegal, with a unique network of partners specialized in IP protection all over the region.

 

Between 2008 and 2012, Fatima zahra has created two other companies that went bankrupt : marocevent.ma (IT) and Tikchbila (Press). Going through these two failures was an impressive learning experience for her, and was very usefull to her self-development as an entrepreneur and as a manager.

 

Fatima zahra has a very rich associative life.  She has always been passionate about entrepreneurship and working with other entrepreneurs as seen by her work with the Young Business Leaders Organization – Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants d’entreprise (CJD), where she has been the founder and president of Mohammedia section.

 

Fatima zahra is also the founder and president of CEED (Centre of Entrepreneurship and Excecutive Development) in Morocco, and international NGO  which supports entrepreneurs by providing know-how and networks they need to accelerate the growth of their businesses, to develop new markets and get access to finance. CEED Morocco started its activities in beginign 2013, and has so far supported more than a hundred entrepreneurs all over Morocco.
