Fatim-Zahra has launched New Work Lab in Casablanca. New Work Lab is a positive and creative environment built to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit and spread the startup culture. New Work Lab offers a coworking space where entrepreneurs can work side by side, collaborate, learn from each other, develop their business network. Besides from the coworking space, New Work Lab organizes events, workshops weekly to promote Moroccan talents. Since its opening, New Work Lab has become the venue of the startup community in Casablanca and is playing a major role in the startup scene.

Prior, Fatim-Zahra worked several years as a business consultant in Paris for leading multinationals, and was specialized in project management, change management strategy. She also conducted studies about customer experience. After meeting entrepreneurs from all over the world and analyzing young generation needs in term of work, she launched New Work Lab, to rethink the work experience Fatim-Zahra is a round the world traveler and passionate about entrepreneurship
