Amy Gao
PhD Student, MIT MechEAmy is a PhD student in Mechanical and Ocean Engineering at MIT. Her work focuses on underwater vehicle design and control, with an emphasis on sensor technology and design for improved maneuverability. This year is her first with MIT GSW, and she is co-organizing the fashion panel and working with the marketing team. Her interests include graphic design, biomimetic robotics, boat design, traveling, and the ocean.
