Adnane is an expert in project management , research and development of new products.

 

In 1982, Mr Benbrahim was one of the architects of the first mechanization, in a leading sugar refinery in Morocco.

 

In 1986, as a project manager and later general manager, he had the opportunity to supervise the construction and the commissioning of the first Integrated Fishing Compound in the south of Morocco, including infrastructures, fish processing, shipyard maintenance, management and development of several new products for new export markets.

 

In 1992 he launched the canning factory “SARDISUD”, of which he was appointed general manager. He developed it to become the first skinless and boneless sardines cannery in Morocco. He also developed new export markets which allowed the company to expand and to become the leader in its sector.

 

In 2003, Mr Benbrahim, following a training in strategy and audit, joined a major Moroccan industrial group as CEO. He reorganized, relocated and managed 3 plants which manufactured foam, mattresses and furniture.

 

In 2006, he decided to stop working for others and to start his own business. The first company he created was SCANDIMAR , a company that is specialized in smoked fish, dried fish and fish pre-cooked meals. SCANDIMAR, by the way, was awarded the first prize for innovation in 2011.

 

Faithful to the spirit of innovation, he created another company “INOVAG PROCESSING” in 2010, specialized in processing cactus derivatives (for cosmetics, food, cattle feed ) in a partnership with “OCP Innovation fund for Agriculture”. INOVAG was awarded an Innovation prize in SIAL in 2011 in Paris with it’s Cactus vinegar.
